Dr Booking موقع بيساعدك تحجز ميعادك مع الدكتور أو المستشفى أونلاين. الصفحة دي بتشرح بالبساطة إيه البيانات اللي بنسجلها وبنعمل بيها إيه.
إيه اللي بنسجله؟
- لما تحجز: اسمك ورقم موبايلك، والدكتور أو المستشفى، والخدمة واليوم والساعة، وشركة التأمين أو النقابة لو اخترت واحدة.
- لما تقيّم زيارتك: عدد النجوم والتعليق لو كتبته، ومعاهم أول اسم ليك بس.
- لما تسيب رقمك عشان نبلغك: اسمك ورقمك والتخصص والمنطقة اللي بتدوّر عليهم.
- للدكاترة والمستشفيات: بيانات العيادة أو المستشفى والمواعيد والأسعار وأرقام التواصل، والملفات اللي بتترفع في التسجيل (بتوصلنا على الإيميل ومش بتتنشر).
- زيارات الموقع: الصفحة اللي اتفتحت، والموقع اللي جيت منه، والضغطات المهمة (زي "احجز" و"واتساب")، من غير أي كوكيز ومن غير ما نعرف انت مين.
مين بيشوف بياناتك؟
- الدكتور أو المستشفى اللي حجزت عندهم بس، عشان يجهزوا ميعادك ويفكّروك بيه.
- فريق Dr Booking، لو احتاجنا نساعد في مشكلة في الحجز.
- مش بنبيع بياناتك ولا بنديها لأي حد تاني، ومش بنستخدمها في إعلانات.
بتتحفظ فين؟
الحجوزات بتتحفظ على خدمات Google (Google Sheets)، والموقع نفسه شغال على Cloudflare. عنوان الـ IP بيتستخدم لحظياً بس عشان نمنع الحجوزات الوهمية الكتير، ومش بيتسجل مع حجزك.
صفحة الحجز بتفتكر اسمك ورقمك على موبايلك انت بس (مش عندنا)، عشان المرة الجاية متكتبهمش تاني، وكمان اللغة اللي اخترتها.
الرسايل
العيادة أو المستشفى ممكن تبعتلك على الواتساب بخصوص حجزك بس: تأكيد أو تذكير بالميعاد، أو طلب تقييم بعد الزيارة. ولو سيبت رقمك عشان نبلغك، هنبعتلك لما يتوفر دكتور في اللي طلبته.
حقوقك
من حقك تعرف البيانات اللي عندنا عنك، وتصححها، أو تطلب مسحها، طبقاً لقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري (151 لسنة 2020). ابعتلنا على الواتساب وهنرد عليك في أقرب وقت.

Dr Booking helps you book a doctor or hospital online. This page explains, simply, what data we keep and what we do with it.
What we keep
- When you book: your name and mobile number, the doctor or hospital, the service, day and time, and your insurance or syndicate if you pick one.
- When you rate a visit: the stars and your comment if you write one, with your first name only.
- When you ask us to notify you: your name, number, and the specialty and area you are looking for.
- Doctors and hospitals: clinic or hospital details, schedules, prices, contact numbers, and the files sent with the sign-up form (emailed to us, never published).
- Site visits: the page opened, the site you came from, and key clicks (like "Book" and "WhatsApp"), without cookies and without knowing who you are.
Who sees your data
- Only the doctor or hospital you booked with, to prepare and remind you of your appointment.
- The Dr Booking team, if we need to help with a booking problem.
- We never sell or share your data, and we don't use it for ads.
Where it is kept
Bookings are kept on Google services (Google Sheets) and the site runs on Cloudflare. Your IP address is used only for a moment to stop mass fake bookings; it is not saved with your booking.
The booking page remembers your name, number and language on your own phone (not on our side) so you don't have to type them again.
Messages
The clinic or hospital may message you on WhatsApp about your booking only: a confirmation or reminder, or a rating request after the visit. If you asked us to notify you, we'll message you when a matching doctor is available.
Your rights
You can ask what data we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (No. 151 of 2020). Message us on WhatsApp and we'll get back to you soon.
